The Crossing Boutique & Gifts

I wouldn’t support a business that so carelessly litters the community they operate in. The glitter from decorating these doors is now scattered down the street and sidewalks downtown beyond Pour Haus and Scope Street. These mess has been there for multiple days with no signs of attempting to clean up this mess. What do you think is going to happen when it rains? All of this glitter is going to run into the drains and then into the rivers. This was a very irresponsible choice for a business owner in NB.

Yesterday, was my first visit, I took my sweet wife to pick out her birthday gift best decision I could have made! The ladies offered me water, candy while I sat and she looked around. The best part was they were so attentive and it didn’t take forever. She got a lot of nice things, was very happy and the bill was very reasonable. Our new birthday tradition. Life made easy! As a bonus you don’t have to pay for parking as they have their own lot.

I come in here at least once a week. Every single one of the ladies in there say hey and are so friendly and down to earth. Worth it to check em out and support a small, local business.

My husband and I stopped in here earlier as we were exploring downtown. As I was looking around my husband asked one lady if there was a bathroom he could use, and she kindly directed him to it. They were both nice to me as I browsed by myself, but after a while I heard them whispering about how long my husband had been in their restroom, and caught them making comments about how it must be "something serious," and other things I couldn't make out, but the tone was clear. We both found items we were interested in purchasing but once I heard them talking about us I texted my husband to hurry up because we were leaving as soon as he was done. This shop has lots of Christian-oriented products but my impression of the ladies there was far from it. If you feel it necessary to talk about customers while they're in your shop, do it where you can't be overheard. And if you don't want people using your restrooms, don't give them permission to do so. My husband doesn't leave behind messes and we were doing legitimate shopping, not just there for the restroom. Disappointed we couldn't make our purchases.

I love this place. So much fun to shop here!

I love the personalities of each of you. Smiles and courtesy are abundant. Customers are greeted immediately to acknowledge their presence, yet are given time and space to browse at their own pace. When assistance is needed, there is someone available close by. It is always a pleasure to shop at The Crossing! Dana M.

This is the most wonderful place to find unique classy beautiful clothes that you can’t find anywhere else! The ladies that work there are fun, helpful & beautiful themselves. I live five hours away but it’s worth the drive! Thank you for the great finds & fun time my daughter & I had there last Friday❣️
