haven’t had multiple hats in stock for years! Do not answer emails or phone calls. Unbelievable do not buy from this company! tried emailing many times and still no response regarding my hat.

Went today the store today Located at The Pearl Brewery, girl working today was super rude. My husband and I wanted to purchase a few Bad Birdie golf shirts and decided to order them online (you get 20% off online) but because she was so rude we decided not to buy from her. She turned her face away when I asked a question and was cold. Bad service and bad vibes here 👎🏼

Dope store with great people. I am always complimented on the unique pieces that I grab from Staunch from my audience. Keep up the great work guys.

Got a hat from them, looks amazing but it’s soooo small! Their hats run way smaller than any hat I’ve ever owned before Total waste of $45

Such a great shop! My husband frequents Staunch and gets so many compliments on the apparel and hats that he purchases! I have also bought a few pieces from the women's clothing line and love how unique the clothing is! We have met Eric the owner and he is wonderful, along with all of the Staunch employees that we have met over the past few months! Staunch is truly a gem on San Antonio St!

Staunch store front is so nice! So happy to have a place to go visit in person. I live in Fort Worth but come through often and will be back, no doubt! I was picking up my Shiner Beers/Randy Roger’s Hat and wouldn’t you know, Randy himself was in the store getting a fresh cut at the barber! Shook his hand, but totally missed out on getting him to sign my hat. Always been a fan of RR! 🤙🏼

First off this place is the best for making the best quality hats and designs. 2nd if you are a business that needs custom hats this is the place!
