The staff at the front desk of the shop were amazing. I drove from Dallas to get there, and although I arrived at 5:02, they still allowed me to come in to purchase the visor. Their customer service was excellent.

I recently stopped by here to get a spare helmet and Nomex suit since me and my family have been running a lot with me having grudge drag races in Texas and Mexico. So it was best for me to get a spare set of gear for in a rush. So since we are in the Austin area for a drag racing event this weekend came here and purchased the Simpson Racing Carbon Darag Bandit helmet and the Simpson Racing 5g sfi 15 one piece drag racing suit. I am very impressed with my purchase and especially the helmet. It is so much lighter than the one I have been using just about every weekend for months now. I was very happy with the service and easy of the services I received here and I highly recommend Simpson Racing to anyone who is looking for gear in the racing world or motorcycle world for stuff for riders as well.

We were passing through Texas (some vacation time). I live in Germany and use the Outlaw helmet there, for which I have had need some replacement parts (difficult to get in germany). So, a stop at the shop was a must. The girls in the shop were very nice and very helpful. Great service. I was still looking for new cheek pads and the amber visor. They took care of my concerns straight away. Meanwhile I was able to marvel at more helmets in the shop, had a nice conversation and pick up a hoodie too. Back in Germany there was the new paintwork and the new pads (new size fits perfect!). The visor also fits (not shown in the picture). Thank you once again for your awesome service and help. It was a very nice stop for us.

This place has been on my list of places to visit since I was a child. On the last trip from San Antonio to DFW, I finally had some time to stop by and it was really great visit. Aside from just wanted to browse and maybe get a tour, I also needed to get two Hans devices recertified. One could not wish for nicer people. Special thanks to Mimi (sp?) And Barbara for getting the Hans certs taken care of so quickly.
