Michaels

I’ve acquired a small collection of 10-12 antique (15th-18th century) maps, some small some quite large, and my wife and I decided to get them framed and put them up in our Living Room and Library. We got great advice and guidance at this store on matting colors, frames, etc., and are excited to see the final products in two weeks. Update: everything looks great. Posting a few pics of how the finished frames and matting were done to show off our collection. Very professional advice and guidance. Get Michael’s to do it for you.

A wonderful woman working offered my daughter a balloon, which was the one thing she wanted while we were shopping. It slipped off her wrist and before my daughter could be upset, this lovely woman ushered her over to pick another color balloon to blow up for her because my girl wasn’t keen on the choices she had already inflated. I’ve always been so happy with the people working there. Very kind, helpful and personable but this was beyond what I expected. Thank you for taking such good care of my little one!

We came to Michaels looking for a shadow box we had seen online and were surprised to find it was double the price in-store. The employee who helped us was fantastic—he suggested ordering it online right there in the store to get the lower price, walked us through the process, and then handed it to us once the order was complete. It was quick, easy, and saved us money. Excellent customer service and a great example of going above and beyond for customers.

Every time I come to this location, every employee has been so helpful! Joyce has assisted us a few times and she is always helpful and trying to do the best she can to find me the items I am looking for. She always has a positive attitude and treats us with kindness. I look forward to my visits here because of the customer service!

The store was nice like all other Michael's I've been to elsewhere. Unfortunately they did not have the long pheasant feathers I was looking for.

Much smaller than a normal Michaels with limited selections. Clean and inviting just not enough variety.

A bit out of my price range for somethings but overall clean, courteous, great location
