We love Gruene outfitters! However there were some shoes on sale and didn’t have my size so we ordered them. We were told they would be the sale price but when I went to pick them up they told me they were not the price because they had been marked "sale" on accident. They weren’t willing to honor what they told us. So frustrating!

It amazes me that you can walk into a store a complete stranger and walk out fully confident you made new friends inside. The staff is elevated above basic customer service expectations. Unparalleled, really. I was unaware of what merchandise I wanted, but as I was greeted by Miss Mallory, that soon changed. As I collected gifts for my sons, I was then informed that next door at their sister store, The Pomegranate, I would continue my shopping experience for the female presence in my life. As I rounded the front of the store, thinking I would check out, I was captivated by the knife case. As I bent down, I heard the friendly voice of an associate named Chad. If I was only convinced that I needed one new knife, Chads extensive knowledge of each masterpiece, in that case, changed my mind. I navigated the case under his decisive guidance to ensure I was making the right purchase for the specific needs and preferences for my family. I left with amazing purchases and new friends. Highly recommend you make a purchase here and feel the security of knowing your purchase is backed by the stores policy to ensure you are satisfied.

Great little fly-fishing and outdoor outfitter store. Top brands like Filson, Orvis, and great Texas brands like Bexar and Sendero. Good prices on clothing and some great gear! Tanner is the in-house expert and a great representative of the brand. We talked about fishing and general outdoors adventures for quite a bit. My kind of store, will be back for sure.

I adore both locations. The newest location, which is more upscale in its selections, is terrific. For the needs of any businessman, looking to grab a sports coat or any finer clothing quickly, Davis did a fantastic job helping me out and was professional and excellent. Great suggestions.
