Good prices and a super great selection of clothing and accessories. Every visit Ive made here, a sales cowgirl has happily assisted me with my every need by finding smaller sizes, different styles, etc. Cavenders also hires employees with great attitudes. This is my happy shopping place!

I finally went in last weekend since I was excited that New Braunfels finally got a Cavendars. I was told hello and saw how open it was and huge, store looked very nice. But I was never asked if I needed help, I saw customers who walked in after me and were asked if they needed help. After 20 mins of searching, I was asked if I needed help by a young woman. I did thank her for asking me because no one had asked. I then told her I couldn’t find what I was looking for and left. I don’t think I will be returning and would rather drive to San Marcos where I’m treated more kindly. I’m so disappointed..

I had to get my work boots stretched..... twice. Already knowing this prior to coming in, Tamber was up for the challenge. Bailey came in with the assist. Customer service went above and beyond the call to help me out. Thank you to both ladies!
