Boutique Chloe Rose

Every time I have a special occasion and need something to wear, I can always find something here. The girls are so helpful and bring you plenty of options. Just wish the dressing rooms were a bit bigger.

I love this store so much I can always find something good. However the sales women make it so painfully obvious they work on commission. I worked at a boutique for a long time so I get the sales lady side of it but I can’t enjoy my shopping because they are all over me I can’t even think. Love the store I will never stop shopping there but the sales reps need to communicate on when someone is already being helped.

Have shopped at this store for years. Probably have over 50 plus items from the store and I have never had an issue with them until today. I bought a dress on Saturday that I brought back today to return. katie the manager and I talked about the dress and I told her exactly why I was bringing the item back 3 days later and she expressed that was completely fine and I could return the item. I stated I wanted to shop around and find another item because I love the store so much. Then as I’m shopping she comes over to me and almost screams that I couldn’t return the item and that she couldn’t do anything about the situation at hand and that it smelled like it had been worn in front of everyone in the store completely putting me in a stand still as I was so embarrassed. Knowing I never even wore the dress it took me back and I didn’t even know what to say. Not only did she embarrass me but now I don’t feel that they are honest employees considering she stated I could return the item then turns around and says I couldn’t. Will absolutely never shop at this boutique ever again. Now I understand why people in town say it’s to overpriced and if you aren’t a size 2 the girls don’t help you and why the two other stores closed down.

Had called to speak to the owner or manager Several times to let them know that my hair clip’s that I bought 2 weeks ago had broke. I don’t have thick hair and wore all of 2 times, so either defective or just cheap! They apparently don’t have the courtesy to return a customers phone call so I will give my money to another boutique making sure there is NO affiliation!!!

I popped in recently with some girlfriends, and we all walked out with something fabulous! The girls who work at the New Braunfels store are absolutely the best. They made this tired 40-something feel absolutely beautiful. In fact I’m wearing my fabulous green dress as I type, and I’m itching to get back and see what else I can find. Thank you so much to the girls of Chloe Rose!

Came in at opening Saturday on a time crunch for a rodeo outfit & had three girls all at once helping me find the perfect option. I didn’t even have to grab a single thing off the rack myself because they were so knowledgeable & understanding of my vision. They made the process seamless by putting everything directly into the dressing room for me and understanding my time restraint! Couldn’t recommend more!

What a beautiful experience shopping with my senior. The store was clean, well stocked, and everything was beautifully displayed. And while the store, clothes, and prices were great the true star is the team. From the moment we walked in I could tell this was going to be a great experience. Everyone learned about my daughter, her style, and helped to pick her items. What’s more is we didn’t bother to look at what time the store closed and when we arrived we had just an hour and fifteen minutes. I was so nervous thinking we need to rush out and we were told multiple times that we were totally fine and the girls kept bringing my daughter more items to try on. This is service you never get. So thank you, team Chloe Rose for being amazing and helping my not so little princess find so many great outfits.
