Trusted! Great experience! I've been making an effort to shop smaller stores -- I bought a Christmas gift for a loved one from Goodmans. They went above and beyond to facilitate an exchange. The owner himself called both me and the recipient to coordinate and confirm we are satisfied. I didn't know this kind of personal service and support (they care) still existed. Thank you!!!

Amazing experience. I was recommended them after a long time of bouncing between shoe stores, and they certainly lived up to the reputation. Peggy and the rest of the team were very warm and helpful, Peggy especially took care to help me find shoes that actually fit my feet, as well as helping me find proper support and sizing for my apparently uniquely shaped feet. Of all the places I've shopped for shoes or even clothes, this is hands down the best.

There is just no other store I’ve been to like Goodman’s. The service is always absolutely impeccable. Finding shoes that fit are an absolute ordeal for me at any other place, but the staff makes finding them a breeze. Could not recommend enough.

Goodman Shoes in Nora Plaza have the best selection of wonderful shoes of all kinds, Hoka is my favorite tennis shoe and they last forever. The service was outstanding yesterday and we purchased two dress shoes and one pair of Hoka's. I will continue to shop at Goodman's for myself and family in the future. Quality is beyond good. My husband and I went in yesterday looking for some nice shoes for his corporate work visits that wouldnt kill his feet. Mathew not only helped him find multiple options until he found the right pair, but also helped me find a cute pair of sneakers id seen online. It was also one of the only times a retailer had carried my size in stock of any shoe. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and the entire staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful while we shopped. We were so happy to find and support a family owned business yesterday and we will ABSOLUTELY be back again!
