I wanted to buy a fitted and formed cowboy hat that was sized perfectly for me. The first western store I went to didn’t have my size and the salesperson sent me to Sombrero’s. He said I wouldn’t send you anywhere other than Sombrero’s. I walked into Sombrero’s and met Omar. He has been working on hats most of his life and knew exactly what I needed. Omar has a passion for hats and I very much enjoyed watching him size and fit my hat to perfection. I got a top notch quality hat at a great price and after meeting Omar’s wife and daughter I feel like I have new family. Omar told me as I was leaving "this is your house, come back and see us soon "! Thank you so much Omar!

Omar was amazing! Travelled from London and was after a custom made Texan cowboy hat and boy did Omar deliver! In total between our family we bought 5 stunning hats from him, despite our particularities he catered to each of our individual needs/ wants with such attention to detail. An amazing shop with decades of experience, born from cutting horse shows to now their first brick and mortar, not only making hats, but forming the perfect hat for an individual! The service from picking the right hat, to forming it just as my son wanted was unbelievable! And their service doesn’t stop there, we were told if it ever needed to be worked on, or even rebuilt, send it back, they have the pattern! Now that’s service!
