Sassy Pantz Boot Boutique

I returned to this store today to purchase boots I tried on yesterday only to find a different store associate who was extremely unhelpful. When I went to the counter to ask for help getting a boot from the top shelf she had removed all of her rings and sighed that I requested help. She grabbed a ladder and removed the boot, dropped it on the floor, and then walked off back to the counter to put her rings on again. She never returned to see how they fit or if we needed any help. Due to that this store lost a sale. When the four of us left she never looked up from her phone to say a single word to us. Horrible customer service and we will now purchase the boots elsewhere.

We found the perfect boots for our wedding but they needed some adjustment to fit with the groom’s suit pants. The team at Sassy Pantz was awesome to work with and they did a fantastic job altering the boots to perfection! I love these boots on my hubby-to-be!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited them on Saturday, July 19th. While I found the selection of items to be quite charming, I was very disappointed by the level of service received. When I inquired about the availability of belt buckles, the two staff members on duty appeared dismissive and took an unusually long time to respond. Rather than offering a straightforward answer, one of them suggested I check with neighboring shops. This interaction left me feeling unwelcome, and I couldn't help but wonder if I didn't fit the typical profile of their clientele or if they are this dismissive with everyone. As a result, I will make sure not to return to this business during my next visit to Fort Worth.

Cute western boutique located in stockyards. Needed a pair of earrings to wear with my outfit. Found perfect pair. Definitely worth your time to check them out!

Cute stuff, but the couple of girls working were too busy talking amongst themselves to be bothered to speak. I was very turned off by not even being acknowledged. To the reply... for 1... they didn't speak to anyone that came in after us either. Last year, we had an exceptional experience and spent a few hundred dollars between our group. And 2...it's not a dining experience. It's a boutique... so I don't know what that was about at all.
