Simplemente excelente. Ropa de muy buena calidad, para caballeros y niños. A mí esposo le encanta. De dama aún no he comprado pero las camisas vaqueras y sacos son de lo mejor. Solo un verdadero vaquero sabrá distinguir la calidad. 👍

My boots finally bit the dust and were leaking. Called ahead and explained that my feet are soaking wet due to the weather and failed boots and I needed a replacement pair. I provided the model number and size and the associate pulled them and had them ready at the counter for me. I was worried I was gonna have to drive all over town in the middle of a storm looking for replacements. They made it painless.

I spoke with a manager on the phone after noticing that my brand-new boots, worn for only a couple of days, were already missing large chunks from the soles. I was told this would not be an issue due to their 1-year return policy and was advised to bring them in whenever I returned to Alabama, as I currently live in Florida. Three weeks later, I made the drive back specifically to address this issue, only to be spoken to very rudely. Manager Lisa provided extremely poor customer service and did not stand by what I was previously told. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and disappointing. A company is only as good as the people who represent it, and this experience fell far short of expectations. I do want to note that the ladies working up front were as nice as could be and a pleasure to speak with, even though the issue was ultimately not resolved. Unfortunately, management’s handling of the situation overshadowed what could have been a positive experience.

They have recently added more dresses to their selection and I really like that. I have a small head and have difficulty finding a hat to fit. Employees are always helpful and smiling. I enjoy shopping in here. Some items are a bit pricey but I'm usually able to find what I need at an price point I can afford.

Little western store with pretty good selection. Jeans for women they had a lot of different styles but only in a few sizes. Overall a cool find while traveling.

With my company, we aquire boots from here quiete often. No issues at all here. Everyone is attentive and courteous. The cashier Morgan was the definition of an all around employee. I'll definitely shop here again.

Great store for work or western wear. If you can't find what you're looking for here they probably don't make it. Found the exact same pair of work boots my husband priced at out local "Farm Tractor" supply store and saved over $40 here at The Barn.
