Love 2 Run

I received a pair of Brooks from here as a Christmas gift. After wearing for a couple of weeks I started having severe pain in my hips, knees and ankles. I have never had pain there before. After reviewing the shoe I found out they are not for standing steel, which is what I do. I stand for 8 to 10 hours a day for my job. Mr. Wiley reached out to me and told me to come back in. I did and he exchanged them for a pair of On clouds. I am so thankful and happy!! The pain is gone!

Inexperienced staff and HORRIBLE return policy. Bought the second choice shoes this Saturday. Asked clerk if I found the ones I liked if I could return. He said absolutely. Returned two hours later to be told despite having the shoes for two hours and being told I could return that their return policy same day/unworn or not is store credit only. I would like to say I will never shop there again but I have a gift card now that I have no choice but to spend. I would not recommend. I bought the same shoes in different color at Eagle eye for cheaper with a better overall staff experience and a more up to date realistic return policy. I hate posting poor reviews but this is a poor out of date return policy. You can buy any of these shoes at multiple places with same if not better price with a better return policy.

Hands down the best selection of running shoes and great service. Alex and the staff always make me feel like they appreciate me as customer even if I am just looking.

Didn’t know what I was looking for when I walked in. Alex was great, he helped me scan my feet, explained how different shoes types would work well with my step, and brought out a bunch of options. Great experience, would be happy to shop here again!

Have never spent the amount of cash on shoes like I did when going to I love to run. Had been searching for shoes to fit my feet, as I need at least 4e shoes. I got some Hokas and the dude helping me said they had a wider toe box, which is what I need. I have to wear an ankle brace and this pair of shoes seem to be working pretty well. The toe box is still just a tad tight but I'm wearing them, first full day, hoping they stretch out a bit more and then we should be good. Customer service at this store was awesome. Thankful that if these shoes don't work for me I can return them within 30 days for a store credit. What other store does that? Most stores if you put the shoes on and walk outside with them then they won't take them back, or at least that's been my experience. Thanks I love to run for a great experience.

Absolutely the ONLY place to get running shoes or daily wear tennis shoes. Alex & his staff are extremely helpful & courteous & go out of their way helping you to find the best pair to fit your foot!

I’ve always liked to go into love to run in Dothan Alabama but today when I went in, I was not greeted. No one asked me if I needed help everyone that worked there was standing around the cash register. I went up to pay for my shoes that I bought no one spoke to me except do you have a phone number? I like to be greeted with a smile and niceness and today that wasn’t happening and it love to run could no one speak so I don’t think I’ll be back there. I’ll order my stuff from somewhere else.
