I just wanted to inform everyone if you pay the high price for NextDay air shipping. You will not receive your items in the next 1-2 days. They will not even receive your order and have it packed before 48-72 hours!! This is not disclosed in a visible place on their website either. I did not place my order at a time that it is a busy season. I was in desperate need of the things I ordered NextDay(1-2 days). Do not waste your money paying the high price, in my case over $100 shipping, and think you will receive it the normal NextDay shipping time line. I ordered over three days ago and it has yet to even ship!! I need horse winter blankets as our barn had burned down the day before and we were expecting cold weather. I used the money I had to try to rush blankets just to not get them in time and no one around us had any in stock. They made a hard time extra hard with deceiving NextDay air shipping that is more like 3-5 days maybe , because I still don’t have an email stating they shipped.

You can always find just what you need! They've been my go to for decades now 🙂 great place for toys, supplements and even horse tack! Friendly staff and spacious storefront!

Do NOT order from Jeffers! This company will cancel half your order, not deliver the other half and say they did. They will tell you over and over they will give you a call back and not even call. 10 days latter STILL have NOT received my order, any refund or even plan of action regarding my order!! Valley vet had same order here in 2 days with ZERO issues

Ordered 5n1 Puppy shots from them and requested it to be shipped next day air. When they didn't arrive I called and was told I ordered something that was out of stock. I said OK how about shipping me something you do have. The nice young lady said let me look.... Ok we have this one. I explained please ship them next day air please as the puppies are leaving in a few days and need them desperately. She said oh no problem. Well when they didn't arrive I called again. Got a guy named Joey who explained to me that I ordered something that was not in stock again!! Joey didn't offer a solution to help me. Will never call them agin. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Where do I start….? My last order of vaccines was sent overnight …. Took 5 days to get to me. They were VERY hot. I called Jeffers and they said it would take 7 to 10 days for a refund and told me I would have to place a new order so in the meantime, I had a lot of my money tied up in vaccines due to this! THEN 1-16-26 We ordered another tray of vaccines. For overnight shipping paid extra I had to call the company January 20th and ask where’s my order & why haven’t they shipped it yet? The rep goes on to tell me oh they will ship today and this was at 4 PM Like the other reviews state Jeffers customer service is absolutely horrible, breeders depend on you and yet you always drop the ball and there’s never anything you do extra special for it but say oh we’re sorry Sorry, didn’t do it - you guys did Jeffers is starting to get to be a place that you can’t trust or count on no more… As soon as I click post to this review- I get this email !!!! Ppl pay almost $40 for overnight delivery and these are vaccines!!!! Bs bs bs 1-23-26 Then 3 days later still no vaccines (when we paid for overnight $40 ) I had to call for a refund & was told wait 10-15 days…. This is the 2nd and LAST time this same issue has accrued with Jeffers. They do not care about their customers. And it shows. This puts us $100’s of dollars out now for vaccines, over there issues!!! No one has time or money for this crap. They act like oh well … breeders be aware- do not use Jeffers for vaccines! I’ll go where I can count on better service. 🤦‍♀️
