I had a great experience here. Cathy was very helpful and assisted me in purchasing the correct sized helmet. She measured and asked me how it felt and made recommendations. Cathy told me what her favorites things were and that was very helpful. They have everything you need. I will definitely visit again for anything I need in the future.

I came into Dover to get a new helmet and I knew exactly what I wanted and a worker named Christine understood and helped me pick out the perfect fit. She was very patient and understanding and straight to the point. I also got a few more things and she helped me get the right size and item I was looking for. Also, I was having difficulties at the register and she was super understanding and patient, thank you, Christine!

Maggie is super helpful we really enjoy them keeping track of the various things that we have bought and knowing the things that we still might need in the future.

I’ve been to quite a few Dover Saddlery locations over the years, and unfortunately, this one was easily the most lackluster. From the moment I pulled up, the storefront looked dark and uninviting — you could barely tell the store was open. Inside, the atmosphere didn’t improve. The vibe was dreary and the selection was surprisingly limited for Dover. What really stood out (in the worst way) was the management. While I was browsing, the store manager loudly called an employee into her office and began criticizing her without even bothering to close the door. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to overhear, and it left a sour impression. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. Hoping this store can turn things around with better leadership and a little more pride in the customer experience.
