Myself and colleagues were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and offered waters, with an apology that their liquor license wasn’t ready or we would have been offered an adult beverage. We were offered help with finding things we were interested in, correct sizes or colors. Everyone in the store was helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a few smaller items in store but ultimately decided to wait for seasonal changes for some additional purchases. The store was clean, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience and I will, without question, go back.

I had an amazing experience at the Tecovas store this week, thanks to two outstanding team members Zane and Bri. My journey started over the phone with Zane. His enthusiasm, product knowledge, and genuine interest in helping me find the right pair of boots immediately stood out. That single call made such an impression that I decided to visit the store the very next day. When I arrived, I had the pleasure of meeting Bri, who carried that same warm energy and passion for connection. She took her time walking me through options, answering my questions, and making the experience fun and personal. The consistency in customer service between my phone call with Zane and my in‑store experience with Bri says a lot about the culture at Tecovas. Because of their authenticity and top‑tier service, I walked out with two pairs of boots and a big smile. If you’re thinking about getting new boots, this is absolutely the place to go. Had the chance to buy my first pair of cowboy boots, and the experience at this store was top-notch. I had the pleasure of meeting Caleb, who guided me through the entire process. I had a very good experience at this location. I had a woman and a man help me with a couple pairs of boots that I wanted. Went through some different sizing, etc.they made it very easy for me. The store itself was very nice very clean. Lots of nice products.
