Our experience with Gordon and Chris surpassed any expectations we had walking in. We were met immediately with warm greetings and a spirit of helpfulness. Gordon was very helpful with ensuring our correct sizing and fit. Chris put on a bow on the experience by being patient in our customization process and making sure we were both extremely happy with our purchases. We had a great experience today shopping for boots. We worked with a sweet blonde girl I regretfully didn’t ask her name, but she was so kind and helped me figure out my boot size. Gordon checked us out and branded our boots, he was super cool and informative and seemed genuinely happy to help!

I had an outstanding experience at Tecovas at the Domain, thanks to Gordon. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. His knowledge of the different materials and how to care for them made me feel like I was in great hands. He was patient, answered all my questions, and truly took the time to ensure I was happy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I left feeling so well taken care of—easily the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Oh, and the store is pretty great, too!

La ropa que tienen también está súper bonita y bien cuidada en diseño y calidad. Me tocó visitarlos en temporada de descuentos y compré mis botas a un precio que se me hizo bastante bueno. Aun así, honestamente considero que, incluso a precio regular, el costo es muy justo para la calidad que ofrecen. Otro gran punto a favor es el conocimiento del personal. Cuando le dije mi talla a la chica que me atendió, me sugirió probar media talla más chica, aunque era mi primera compra ahí. Tenía toda la razón: esa media talla menos fue perfecta. Se nota muchísimo que no solo conocen el producto, sino también cómo se ajusta y cómo le queda a los clientes, y eso se agradece muchísimo. El trato fue excelente, muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Tienen muchísima variedad y, sinceramente, amé con todo mi corazón las botas: comodísimas, de la mejor calidad posible y a muy buen precio. Definitivamente voy a regresar la próxima vez que venga a Austin, porque no es fácil encontrar este tipo de producto con este nivel de calidad en cualquier lugar. Además, la caja incluye un código QR con instrucciones claras para el cuidado y mantenimiento de las botas, lo cual me pareció un detalle muy bueno y útil.

I purchased a pair of the Monterrey Penny dress shoes from Tecovas 4 months ago, and the sole already has a significant hole worn through it. These are not work boots or daily beaters, just normal dress shoes I wear in rotation. I understand that warranties don't typically cover wear and tear, but a hole in the sole after only four months is far outside what I would expect from a brand that markets itself as high-quality and premium. I stopped by the Tecovas store at the Domain to see if there was anything they could do. I was hoping for some customer service discretion given the condition of the shoe in this short 4 months. I was told the only option was 20% off a new pair of boots, or to have them resoled for almost the cost of the shoes themselves. The associate told me that this particular shoe was "a newer limited release that Tecovas was still testing in terms of both popularity and quality." I would not have purchased if I had known that the product's quality had yet to be proven. At this price point, I expected the shoes to last much longer, or at least for the company to stand behind the product when something goes wrong quickly. I chose Tecovas because of their reputation for quality and customer service, and this experience fell short of that reputation. I have been a loyal customer of Tecovas and own multiple pairs - I want to continue being a customer, but this experience makes that difficult.
