Tecovas what's going on? The quality of your boots has substantially gone down while the prices constantly increase. Customer service, could be better, could care less about quality issues regarding their boots and just explain the return process. Tecovas, you NEED to address these manufacturing issues in person, not by email, talk to YOUR customer! This is my second attempt to purchase boots, first in store, then online and will definitely be my last time. The same issues, boots with defects comparable to factory seconds. For a pair of $500.00 plus boots you would expect quality. These pictures speak for themselves.

I bought my first pair of Cowboy boots this morning from Tecovas. I was in the store for about an hour and the service was incredible. Special shout out to Brandon who was super friendly, patient and polite. His knowledge all cowboy boots related was really useful too. I highly recommend you shop here!

My wife and I recently enjoyed a quick trip to Austin and stopping by the Tecovas store on Congress Avenue was definitely a highlight. We were immediately met with fantastic Texas hospitality. The staff made the atmosphere feel incredibly welcoming by offering me a nice whiskey and giving us great beer cozies to take home. That touch of radical hospitality made it feel like a place we look forward to coming back to. The best part was finding the perfect pair of boots for my wife. The team patiently helped us through the styles, and we made the boots truly ours by utilizing their complimentary branding service. We got her boots customized with our initials and then added something fun and unique like "yee haw" on the back. It turned a simple purchase into a memorable, personal souvenir from our quick getaway.

My first real cowgirl boots! They are stunning. I purchased the brown "Annie" but there were so many beautiful options. Visiting Texas, and we stopped here our first day for some proper boots and attire. The service was exceptional and the store was beautiful.
