Well shucks, with my latest, I’m now up to 10 pair of Heritage boots. And I honestly could not recommend this boot store more highly. The quality of the boots and customer service are exceptional. Kimber is a gem and a friend! … I’ve shopped and owned good quality cowboy boots since I was a teenager and Heritage are like nothing you’ll find in a normal boot store. The materials are of highest quality, the fit is glove like, the designs reference vintage styles with modern updates. … Above all is the fit. You can buy lower cost boots, and not wear them because they’re uncomfortable, or you can invest a few bucks to own boots you’ll happily wear through airports because they’re the most comfortable and best looking footwear you own. I get the nicest compliments on my boots from the security screeners at Heathrow. Honestly, save money and buy better boots from Heritage. Your feet will thank you and your friends will be green with envy! Cheers!

I’m a local and was showing a friend visiting from out of town all the shops around Congress Ave. We stopped by Heritage Boot because I'd never been. Before we even took two steps inside, an older gentleman said "don’t touch anything," with a sneer that lasted long enough for me to catch his upper lip pulled back, baring his upper teeth. That made his feelings about our presence pretty clear. Another middle-aged employee then proceeded to follow us around the floor asking if we needed help every two minutes, but not in a warm, friendly way. More like surveillance with feet. We looked around and noticed this treatment was not extended to the other customers in the store. I don’t like writing reviews like this, but I’d be doing other shoppers a disservice if I didn’t. My conclusion, as painful as it is to write, is that the owner/people who work here don't like anyone who's not white. We went on to visit Allens, Tecovas, and Lucchese, all of which were friendly, professional, and actually seemed happy to have us there. Save your money and your dignity, and skip this place. And if you're ally, I'm sure you know what to do.

Beautiful, handmade boots, and excellent service. I casually stopped in to try on western boots for my first time. Donovan was very helpful and professional. He provided me with recommendations on style and the perfect fit. I ended up buying the Dora Lee boots because I fell in love with them immediately. They were so comfortable and unique, and exceptional in quality. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Austin. I’m hooked. Heritage is the best!!

I needed just the right pair of boots for an upcoming event. I shopped all the usual suspects and was disappointed as usual in available quality and selection. I left a popular boot store on South Congress empty handed and disappointed and remembered one of my favorite pairs of boots was from Heritage Boot Co just a couple of blocks away. I headed down there and was immediately assisted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped me try on nearly every boot in the store before I finally settled on the one that had caught my eye first. It was another excellent experiences Heritage Boots. Beyond the great service and premium options, one of the best part about buying Heritage boots is that neither pair that I own required any break-in. They immediately felt great on my feet and never rubbed or pressed wrong. Incredible quality worth every penny. My second pair of Heritage Boots will definitely not be my last.

Awesome and friendly staff. Kimber and the team took the time to make sure I was able to see what I wanted and properly fitted. They welcome folks to hang out for a bit over a beer, and we just chatted about boots and music. I'm definitely stopping in again on my next trip to Austin.

LOVE this place. They have the best selection of super cool boots. I’ve collected cowboy boots my whole life and this is going to be hard to resist. We also loved the lily Koi event you had here. So fun.
