Went for cowboy / western style cowboy boots. One of the best layouts of boots I've seen. Have lots of selection. Super friendly in assisting finding boots.

I would of gave 5 stars because of how many boot options you have and the prices compared to cavenders and boot barn. I was gladly gonna buy 3 pairs of boots but ended up with one pair. Solely because of an engagement with two workers putting up merchandise in the back. At approximately 5:00-5-30 May 8th,2025, one asked if I needed help and I respond "I'm having a hard time deciding with a smile" because literally their was so many options and then the younger female says "well maybe we can help you decide" in a rude manner. Luckily I was in a good mood and I could easily just said, "I can leave, if that's what you want" But I didn't, I stayed and bought a pair of boots that i really really liked. Im visiting from Angelo and first time visiting the store, but this Experience really bummed me out, figured I'd visit the smaller brand business to have the better experience...

Haven been back since all the fake covid crap. Walked in planning on spending a good amount on Christmas gifts and was very rudly told to get out and not come back because I would ware a mask. No problem, it's their business. I left and will not be back.

I found my size and the kind of work boots I was looking for and they where very helpful and friendly and kind and very sweet as well too I give them a 5 star cuz they did a very good job in what they do

Won’t ever go here again worse customer service selling boots where only one boot fits and then don’t want to help the situation answer was sell them on Facebook I guess they think everyone is alike and want to screw people out their money luckily I kept on to finally get my money back and at that it was a birthday gift for my grandson so he wasn’t there to try on but it’s funny cause we went to academy and same size of boot went right on his foot so be careful people some people don’t care about their customers so one star is too much!!!!
