DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE TO GET GROOMED! They messed up my dog eye and cut the inner corner of her eye prior to this I had been taking my dog here for about 4 years and after I let them know they didn’t even do anything to help ! My friend said they cut her dog’s eye too! Please do not take your pets here if you love them! These people are sick!

Do not take your fur babies here! I have been taking my maltipoo here for YEARS and recently they cut his eye which caused him to bleed so much he had blood around his eyes when I picked him up, I had to take him to the vet and he was so scared, shaking and in pain and whining for days. They told me the manager would reach out to me the following day, they never called me. I had to call them back myself and they did nothing to help or accommodate me regardless of the fact that I have been a loyal customer for more than 3 years and brought my dog here every few weeks. If you love your dogs avoid this place at all cost it is not worth it!!

What’s up with these dogs whose eyes got cut and the manager did nothing about it and no comments from the company on these people’s reviews. Omg I’m disturbed I’ll never put my dog in this kind of danger.

I’m so fed up with this place we tried many times and I’m done first they were rude to us many times then they made us pick somebody else dog number two off the floor I asked them for red bows and they gave my dog orange bows and then they just sent us someone else receipt when we didn’t go to them first put me on hold and then when I say to cancel my appointment they hang up they are so rude and disrespectful i’m so disappointed because my dog been going there for a long time but I’m done

My experience with this business is so good. Inside of the store is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The cost is fairly reasonable. Highly recommended.

My Pom has the most perfect cut. Thank you so much!
