Pet Supplies Plus Waukesha

Bueno

My first visit at the store filled with so many questions about a new rescue cat that I want to take excellent care of. The staff was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and provided a comfort of making the best choices. Thank you for being in my neighborhood with such talent and support. Will be a loyal regular!

We stopped in last night to grab some dog food, and as always, my daughter wanted to check out the live animals. One of the employees, Amiah (I hope I’m spelling that right), was feeding them, which sparked about a million questions from my toddler. She responded with such kindness and patience… and I later found out she had actually stayed after her shift ended just to keep teaching us about the animals! Another employee, Erin, joined in on the conversation and showed that same level of warmth and patience. It was such a positive experience. It’s truly comforting to know there are still people who are so kind and willing to take the time to teach and connect. It really meant so much to my little one and made her whole night.

We had a great grooming experience with Krysta she was knowledgeable and great with our dog. Then booked a groom with Haley. Stay away!! Because of owning a golden we are aware of how he should look groomed. He was not trimmed up well at all, his ears looked like they hadn’t even been touched! His haunches were long and it was a terrible job. I complained via Facebook messenger and never received a response. Took him in to another groomer shortly after who couldn’t believe he had a groom a month prior. Beware and avoid!!

My first experience at pet supplies plus was far beyond what I expected. I was welcomed by Erin, the store manager, and the service I received from her was excellent. Her knowledge of the cat supplies that I was shopping for was unbelievable. She helped me make several decisions for my cats diet that I wouldn’t have made had it not been for her vast knowledge and expertise. I have every intention of coming to this pet supplies plus store for the rest of my cats needs and I can honestly say the reason for that was the service I received from Erin. I typically don’t fill surveys out but definitely feel it necessary for this store based on the service that I received from her. Thanks again

The animal are very clearly not being cared for adequately. Fish tanks were filthy, small animal caged were filled with what appears to be months of feces. Inhumaine conditions, nobody should purchase a pet here.

Charming loves coming here for his treats but also for the treatment he gets from the staff. Special shout out to Haley for always taking care of Charming when he goes in for his paws & ears cleaning appointment. And thank you to Krysta today for giving him a great grooming service. I’m happy with how professionally you guys take care of him. Both do an amazing job. Definitely booking another appointment pretty soon.
