Today were at TSC to pick up a generator that we had called about the night before. When we got there we found that there had been some confusion on the size and cost of the generator. The sales woman and the store manager were very pleasant. They both went out of their way to ensure the misunderstanding was resolved. I can say that it is so nice to work with people that treat you with respect. I definitely recommend this store and want to Thank the sales person and the store manager again for all the courteous and friendly help.

Scott, Dat and Korinne are were extremely helpful with helping us choose the perfect chicken coop. Scott & Dat went above and beyond and they were professional, knowledgable and wonderful to work with. We ended up with a chicken coop that was returned -- and we got it at a fantastic price. Korinne was great with navigating the financing end of the transaction. I highly recommend the team at Tractor Supply in Rapid City !

So I went in here looking for a couple different things mostly just to price and get an idea what they had out of what I needed, the girl at the counter when I first walked in could not smile or say hello or really do anything except glare at me as if she knew me. Would not want to return to the store under similar circumstances, not sure what the issue was but the young lady needs to learn how to properly provide customer service and represent the business she works for every day regardless of whether she feels some kind of way towards a random stranger or not. When I left the store without making a purchase, I stared at her she did not look up from her phone once but once I had left the store she turned around and stared. Which is why I'm still sitting here wondering what is wrong with this young lady

Every time I have interacted with Damien, he is polite, helpful, and courteous! He is a top-tier employee goes out of his way whenever I come in. Cannot recommend this store enough because of Damien!!

You don't need to get thru our job is more important than customers. I miss actual customer service and hate the cheapness of corporate America. Go back to over night stocking and pay the employee more and lessen the Bonus of the greedy ceo

I needed a specific item. It is an item locked up. I waited for help and nobody showed up. I did an online order checked in with the cashier and she noted seeing my order. Another employee busy talk8ng with other people as I sit and wait, and heard him say I would have to wait while he continues his talking with his friend. I have already paid and all it takes is to u lock the damn item and give it to me. 1-2 mins tops. I work in retail and this is unacceptable customer service. I will never step foot in this place again, unless of course there is a problem with the product I bought. I will pass this on as I am a manager at a large retail organization, and will not suggest this place for anything.if I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would.
