We took our dog here to use the self wash station for grooming your pet. I was so excited to try out the facility... and was GREATLY disappointed. Upon entering the store where the cashier was we were greeted and I asked how to go about using the facilities. Cashier said to get in line and pay and she would give us a towel. ONE towel. For our 70 lb dog. I did not ask for another towel, in hindsight but ONE towel seems stingy. Also, the TS website says "towels", with an S so I wasn't expecting the towel regulation. Anyway, as we entered the dog grooming station, there were no other dogs or people but the smell upon cracking the door was AWFUL. As we entered, I understood why. The room what a WRECK. Hair everywhere, drains clogged, and just completely overwhelming with mess. Unfortunately, our dog needed a bath and my back doesn't allow me to bathe her at home in my tub - so we decided to stay and use the facility despite the mess. I guess my expectations were just that between people using the room there would be a minimal "clean up" performed by the TS staff. I also realize people are messy and can leave it unsightly... however, it was VERY CLEAR this room had not been attended to in several hours if not days. When completing a TS survey from my reciept, I indicated I’d like to be contacted about the issues and I’ve not heard anything yet. It’s been over a week.

I came to get the propane tank on my RV filled and it was very quick and easy. Cole assisted me and she was amazing. She knew exactly what to do and worked around the tight space on my RV to refill my onbaord tank. She was very professional and I could tell saftey was a top priority for her. She also helped me purchase a separate 20 pound tank and I was able to do everything at refill station, including checkout/pay. I always get great customer serivce at this store. Love my nieghtborhood TSC!

Fantastic experience at TSC on 337 today. Returned an order and picked up a replacement. An associate took my pup Cassie for a store tour and a treat while my orders were processed. Great staff. I will be returning soon.
