I ordered their product for a Christmas gift, online. They keep sending me invoices even though I have sent them proof of payment. I have left phone messages as well as sent them several emails about this. I believe they make a good product, but their customer service is horrible and they just don't seem know what they are doing when it comes to their accounting department! So, good luck.

The Caniotic puppy drops worked great on our rescue puppy. He loved the taste and they were easy to just add to his food. I highly recommend this product!
