Cattlemen's Livestock Auction Market

Been going to the auction for many years. Great way to sell cattle. Quick drop off.

We had a small issue when selling our calves June 24, 2025. I called and owner Dave Tomkow answered the phone and corrected the issue immediately. It was an exceptional customer service experience that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Cattlemen’s in Lakeland if you are buying or selling cattle.

Good people. Been dealing with the Tomkows for many years.

I have always been treated fairly, never any issues when dropping off cattle.

Visited the cattlemen's livestock auction while on vacation in Lakeland, FL, it was very interesting. Wish they had an informational handout or signage explaining how it works to the 1st timers and visitors. There are quite a few stairs up and down to get to the viewing seats. You can walk the suspended catwalk over the cattle holding pens to get a preview. There is a food truck outside. Seeing the process reminds me of how hard these farmers and cattlemen work to put food on our tables. I would go back again.

We've brought cattle here twice. Very easy to work with and overall happy with their services. We are very small operators (2 cows at a time).

They're pretty good with the hours that you can drop off your cattle. Seem to get fair price for my calves.
