Awesome fresh PEI mussels. All of them were good, none had to be thrown out and you can get as much or little as you want. It was my first time making mussels and these were definitely good quality. Also at $5.99/lb they’re quite affordable. It was a nice treat to make and I’ll definitely get more the next time I’m in the mood

I don't like giving one-star reviews but I also don't want someone else to experience what I did. Super bowl weekend we were looking for fresh oysters. Hooked had a special so we thought we'd try them out. I bought two of each kind to take home and try before we bought $100 worth of oysters. (They said they weren't allowed to let me try one in the store. Even if I paid for it) . When I get them home and my husband opens the bags it's very obvious they were spoiled. I've been an oyster lover from the Chesapeake Bay area my entire life so I know what an oyster should smell like. I returned to Hooked and ask for a refund for my four oysters which cost me $6.50 and let them know that the oysters were spoiled. Not only did they refuse to give me my small refund but they challenged the fact that they were spoiled. So I learned a $6.50 lesson never step foot in Hooked again. Truly sad since I enjoy supporting my local businesses. In addition they could use a little education in customer service I hate it when I go to spend my hard earned money and the business owners act entitled and arrogant. The only positive part was the young man who helped me. He was kind and empathetic. I'd hire him in a minute!

Hooked has outstanding meats and seafood! Always fresh and the oysters are exceptionally good!

First time stopping in looking for fresh seafood. Staff is so friendly and was very helpful and answered any questions I’ve had. I didn’t expect to come out empty handed I ended up coming out with both fresh meat and seafood. They had wide variety of flavored sausages, cuts of beef, pork and seafood. Purchased a beautiful Tomahawk Rib Eye Steak nothing was left but the bone, some oysters, cherry stone clams, and some crab stuffed portobello mushroom's. Highly satisfied, that Tomahawk Rib Eye Steak fed 7 people

Shop local, support our neighbors, we drive half an hour a couple of times a month to support this gem. Great, fresh seafood and meat, spices and surprises. I got a container of dog food and my 🐕 was a happy. They don't always carry it so call ahead if you are looking for something specific. Enjoy!

You're going to love this place. They make their sausage in-house. It is absolutely delicious. The staff & owners are a delight as they greet you with the largest smiles on their faces. Everyone is very helpful, even with grand fish tales to match. Make sure to call ahead if you're looking for something specific, or just swing by to check out the specials. Prices are decent. Everything is fresh!

There meat was a big pieces was nice looking. But the prices was way to much to expensive to high for our choice. We won't be back there. We spent right at $100.00 dollars for 3 pieces of meat. We are not rich a n d we have to watch our money. We have to fix 4 meals with that money.
