Sad to hear that this location is closing. Visited recently and was able to pick up necessities. Employees were friendly and store was clean. Hopefully in the future Dover will find a third and final location in the Charlotte area that is successful because it is desperately needed!

Friendly customer service beautiful store my complaint is to the people who decide what to feature and what not to. My daughter rides english and I'm having a huge problem finding boots for her to try on in a store. Everyone has maybe 3 or 4 styles or brands and that's it. We drive over an hour just to find the same thing here, I was disappointed. She did buy boots but please take into consideration for future set ups

One team member was helpful in assisting my daughter select a properly fitted safety vest to replace the one she got for Christmas that was not fitting her correctly. I wish I had gotten her name to review her specifically. Well kept and organized store.

Went to Dover to return a vest and look for another better fitting one. The ladies there were very helpful. I found exactly what I needed and more!

The staff is amazing! I love love love finding this gem in our area! I can't say enough positive things about this company especially the Charlotte location! Prices, quality, service, trust and believe one in store visit you will LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

The staff is helpful, friendly, nice & knowledgeable! That said… unless you are waif thin 22-28 there are very few styles and less colors to fit you. If you are size 32 -36 place an order. Do not take your healthy teens here they will leave with a body complex!
