Working with Tom was AMAZING!! They are extremely fair with pricing and don’t play games when it comes to that. I went to other places like Hudson and Poole and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a fair price compared to what I saw online for the same stones/bands… Additionally, Tom was fantastic to work with. He really cares about what your vision is and he does all the settings himself so he was able to make the prongs petite as to highlight the diamond as much as possible. For example, I gave him very detailed tight specifications of what I wanted in a diamond and he found the only 3 stones in the world within my parameters and budget. I couldn’t find one online even close to how good the one he found was specifications wise (and that includes sites like James Allen, Blue Nile, Brilliant Earth, and a few others too). ChatGPT even said the diamond I ended up buying was incredibly rare and 1/29 million diamonds as far as rarity goes. I really truly could not recommend a place more. They surpassed all expectations I had and my fiance is ecstatic about her new ring!! Thank you Tom!!!
