I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bella Rosa Florist. The arrangement that was sent had more leaves than roses and looked absolutely nothing like what they advertise. It was supposed to be full and beautiful, but instead it looked sparse, uneven, and very poorly put together. I spent over $140 and received an ugly arrangement with horrible quality flowers. For that price, I expected something elegant and professionally done — not something that looked thrown together at the last minute. I honestly feel robbed and insulted as a customer. I have attached pictures of the arrangement she was advertising online, compared to what she delivered to my wife. Do not purchase from here. Save your money and look elsewhere.
