Boat Feet Shoe Repair

Stay away! I had shoe soles glued for $50 only to have them separate 4 months later. When I returned to ask for help with his original work, the owner claimed not to remember me, which is expected, so I explained the process of him giving me an orange ticket and him explaining he only accepted cash. I recall thinking $50 was expensive for glue and labor but wanted the shoes repaired as they were relatively new. I asked if he could look in the receipt book to prove to him I was a past customer. He said he doesn't keep records which I knew was not truthful as each claim ticket was duplicate for his protection as well. I support small business however I also want some customer service in return. I actually would not have written this if he didn't continue to deny that he did not do the original work. Go to a more reputable business that will stand by their work.

Sal is an absolute artist. He will make your prized shoes and handbags look amazing! I brought in a pair of high heel ankle boots that I've worn for the last year and I resigned myself to the fact that they were done. Over. No hope. But they are SO comfortable and I thought - maybe Sal can make them look "ok"? They were so far gone. He made them BRAND NEW! Absolute perfection. I trust no one but Sal with my Dries shoes and Balenciaga, Chloe and Prada bags as well as my fave lower brow every day shoes. He gives every customer and their shoes/bags the same incredible client service. There is no one like Sal in the area. He is a master and I am so grateful to him!

Excellent repair on a pair of new YSL sandals my puppy chewed. I've had challenging repairs done here years ago and I've always been completely satisfied. Prices are extremely reasonable. Turn around time isn't the fastest but worth the wait.
