Found awesome deals and boots for my husband and myself. Fantastic service from the team of Carmen, Weslyn and Calista. I was sad to hear they are closing but the San Antonio stores will stay open. They make Vaccari boots which I had been familiar with a pair of Python boots so I knew their quality and lower prices from buying direct versus other brands of similar quality. We found so many great deals on Alligator head, alligator and caiman tail, shark and smooth stingray! They also had deals on Black Jack boots for about 1/4 of the prices from other stores. We were very happy and with the help from the store associates! Thank you ladies for your wonderful service!

I had an amazing experience at Western Brands at the San Marcos outlets. The staff was very friendly and beyond helpful!! I ended up finishing all my Christmas shopping and then some. Everyone loved their gifts and also the quality is SO great!! Definitely going back and my first stop for all Western things!! Carmen, Yasenia, Mireya, Victor, and Mirina were all excellent and a great experience especially during the most stressful shopping time of the year!!
