Excellent Service!! We needed several screws for a daybed (we MAY have misplaced ours!). As a female, I am often ignored at Lowe's, but I was treated with respect, my issue was solved quickly AND CHEAPLY!! I got personal service and the right screws for UNDER $2!!

Were not courteous enough to stay after 4:01 when we were in a bind. Terrible attitude over the phone and we're not interested in being helpful. We buy fasteners regularly but won't be buying from them anymore
