Dropped off my grandson’s baseball bag to have his name embroidered. The lady that was in the shop didn’t know the turn-around time for it to be completed. So she told me that someone would be in touch with me. I waited two days while attempting to call and text with no response. I went back in the shop two days later to pick my bag up and take it elsewhere. The same lady assured me that it could be done the next day and she would have the embroiderer call me. When I received that call, she wasn’t very friendly at first and was quick to tell me that it was a 2 week turn-around time to do the bag but she would do it tomorrow with a rush fee. If she would’ve only called me like I initially asked and told me this, I would’ve gone elsewhere. She stated she would send me a proof the next day before doing the embroidering. I didn’t receive the proof the next day; I received the proof 1.5 hours before I told them I would be there to pick it up. The proof looked great and told her it was perfect after fixing one minor detail. The work was not very good!! I was sick when I saw the job she did because this was a gift for my grandson’s birthday. The letters in the name aren’t straight and the letter k has imperfections in the stitching. I will never use the company again! The communication is obviously not good amongst the employees and the embroidering is definitely not good!

Had a custom tshirt made for my upcoming disney trip during mardi gras. The customer service was 10☆ as is the quality!! Pricing was on point for what was done.

I have used Paisley Grace multiple times for all kinds of stuff. They always deliver on time and communicate when I reach out for an update. They have become my go to for quick turn projects because of the speed at which Alexis and her staff handle requests. Highly recommend doing business with them!
