This place used to be great when selling clothing and items. Now it's horrible. They claim they take name brand clothing, household items and accessories but a bunch of the items for sale are in horrible condition. However, if you bring in these items to sell in excellent condition and ask while putting it in the bins if they will take it and they tell you they will, they really wont. I brought 5 totes of basically new/euc high end name brand clothing and designer brands and they didn't take any of it. Completely a waste of time and I will never waste my time again. Everything I had was better quality then what they have on the floor to sell. Don't waste your time selling here. I wish the old managers didn't sell this place because the new ones are turning this place into a joke.

Since the new owners have purchased this place it has gone down hill in quality. I saw them putting out bulk brand new cheap items that they had purchased for sale to mix in with the second hand items. I really hate when these stores do that. And their pricing is really over priced now. Out of touch. Items cost what you could get them for at Tjmax, Homegoods, or hobbies lobby for new. I do like the rewards programs store credit etc they have implemented and new drop off system. However really needs to come down on cost of items and keep quality second hand items. It's more at good will level at the moment.

Debbie was so so friendly and helpful. She shared with me items she thought I might like and has great taste! Prices are amazing too. My favorite place to shop!

Brought my items for resale to this store for years. I was always pleasantly surprised at my proceeds checks. I thought the last Owner really did a great job. Now, I only get pennies back, literally, $.83. $3.00.....I hand in higher end items. Will no longer consign here. It is also more like a thrift store than a consignment store.

I've been taking clothes/household goods to Encore for years, the prices have always been good, especially on household items and the layout was always looked professional. Now when I walk in, I feel like I'm walking into Goodwill or the Arc. Shelves are now crammed full of stuff, racks everywhere. It's not the same. So disappointed.

Please place price tags on seams only—not randomly on the fabric. When tags are attached elsewhere, the tagging gun punctures the material, and once the tag is removed it leaves a noticeable hole that permanently damages the item. This is unacceptable and should be corrected and properly taught!!
