El Jerezano

They so irresponsible they say they open at 10 but they never come at that time today I got was late for my event and still they did not open nor answer my calls bad idea to buy here I’m the morning. Su horario de abrir es a las 10 y nunca llegan a esa hora, espere 30 minutos y nunca llegaron a abrir son irresponsables y no entienden que jente tiene cosas que hacer. Hoy me toco a mi a estar tarde a mi evento y siempre son así de irresponsables.

I had a great experience here. I was able to find exactly what I needed. They have a great selection and the man who helped me ended up being the owner and was nice.

Very nice owners and service. I was given a gift also, as a first time customer. I bought a leather coat, and a bolo tie. I will do business with them again. I will tell my family and friends about El Jerezano as well.

Went in to get a sombrero with my boyfriend and the owners were so nice! Even made small talk and overall a very nice experience. Plus, the quality felt very authentic. I was also impressed by the amount of selection they have from hats, boots, belts, shirts, pants, keychains and more! Will definitely be coming back. 🙂

Showed up on Sunday at 10:05 since on Google and their website said they open at 10am. Waited about 15 minutes and left since no one opened. Went back about an hour later to which I received more disappointment. 1. Lady took a while to come out from the back to greet 2. Wasn't enthusiastic about helping, I had to call her for assistance after 5 minutes of being in there looking for 1 thing 3. Once I saw what I needed she said the $65 price tag was incorrect and the boots were actually $85 and 4. After paying she said she forgot to tell me that they charge a 3% fee when paying with credit cards (I had cash I could have used). Overall a very upsetting experience which really sucks because it is close to home and they had good quality and pricing, at least when they first opened up pricing was good but not anymore. They are lucky that I was running late and this was what I had in mind for a birthday present otherwise I would have left without buying anything. Safe to say I won't be back.
