Not closed. The owner was incredibly discriminatory. She closely followed me and my sister who is POC all around the store. She would stomp over to the area we were just looking at and count all items in the area to make sure was nothing gone. At the end of our short visit she ran up to us yelling to get out because we couldn’t take photos (no signs were listed) and told us to leave. Horrible experience. I hope this store closes

I’m not sure if WWL Limited is the store that is currently running in this specific retail space, but I had an absolutely awful experience with the store that is presently in that retail space. It’s a women’s clothing boutique that sells jewelry, clothing, crystals, etc. The window space of the boutique displays mannequins with brown wigs on. I went shopping today on Las Olas with a friend and we stopped at this boutique. I am pretty sure that the woman who was working in that boutique is also the owner, she is an older, white, foreign lady. Upon walking in, the lady was immediately rude, asking in a snappy tone "Can I help you with something?" as if we weren’t supposed to be there. We walked around browsing the store and the ENTIRE time she followed us around as if we were criminals. We walked into the back area, and she began "adjusting" shirts, although it was increasingly obvious that she didn’t trust us for whatever reason. My friend and I are in our early 20’s, dressed nice, and we weren’t carrying around large bags or anything. Perhaps we weren’t in her demographic of people she likes to sell to, and since she has such awful customer service/business owner skills, she decided that she would be cold and unfriendly to us. My friend asked her a question pertaining if she sold a certain type of merchandise, and she rudely replied "No." She was very short with us, and as somebody who has worked retail in the past, I could feel that she did not want us in her store. I had picked up a hair clip that I was planning to purchase and walked over to where my friend was standing as she was trying on a hat. She told me that she wanted to take a picture of herself in it to send to her boyfriend in order to get his opinion on it, and the lady immediately interrupted her conversation and exclaimed "You can’t take pictures in my store!! I have signs eVeRyWhERe!!!" The so-called signs that she had everywhere was actually just one small sign in the very back of her cluttered store. At that point, I was not willing to put aside her terrible attitude and told her that I did not want to purchase the claw clip anymore, so I set it back down and told my friend that I was ready to leave. She agreed, and we left the store very unhappy. I should also mention that whilst looking at the clips that she had in stock, a lot of them were very dirty, as if they had been used or drawn on (?). There were red marks on a couple of them, as if somebody had taken a marker and drawn on them, and there was dirt on a few others. I’m not somebody that’s hard to please, so I was still going to buy from this unpleasant woman and support her small business, but the fact that she never once checked in on us and asked if we needed help finding anything, and instead only spoke to us to tell us that we couldn’t take a picture in her store definitely cemented my decision to not spend my hard-earned cash at her business. Also, I expected her prices to be expensive as most stores on Las Olas are a bit pricey, but she was literally re-selling hair clips that my friend and I later found on SHEIN for 2 DOLLARS! This lady was re-selling cheap, made-in-China hair clips for $11.99!!!!!! If I wanted to buy secondhand items, I would go to a thrift store. I wish I knew the name of her store, but it’s pretty clear that this lady doesn’t know how to run a business because her store doesn’t even have a name, so I did my research on Google and am leaving my review here in the off-chance that somebody will see this and avoid the store that’s in the retail space on Las Olas labeled "Primo", right across from Lilly Pulitzer.
