I took my wedding dress here to have the bust sized down a great deal after being told what I needed couldn't be fixed at David's Bridal (where I had bought my dress). The way it fit me at the time made me self conscious - which was definitely not how I was hoping to feel on my wedding day - but I was told repeatedly, "It's just the dress." I was discouraged when I took my dress to Krystyna's, but she assured me that what I needed COULD be done, and everything would be made to fit perfectly to my shape. She pulled and tugged in areas that I didn't even realize needed to be altered, and when my dress was finished, I felt amazing when I tried it on! I never imagined I could feel so confident in my dress, given my first experience with alterations. Krystyna and her team are AMAZING, and I'm so thankful I found her shop in Cary! I'll be honest, she is fairly pricey, but the cost is 100% worth it, and you will not be disappointed with what you bring to her - especially bridal gowns.

The only tailor our family will ever use. High quality work. Always at promised time. Equally impressive my wife and daughter have taken items in for alteration and she has recommended against due to cost versus benefit. 10/10

Another one star because of lousy customer service and lack of care. I brought in a new pair of pants to be hemmed. I had to argue with the lady to measure both legs, because they are different lengths. She marked both, but they STILL did it wrong anyway. Now the pants are ruined because there will be a crease where they made the wrong alteration. She argued with me again and refused to give me a refund even though she acknowledged that they were not right. Stay away, there are too many better options for us in Cary!

If I could give 0 stars I would. She may be good at what she does, but her customer service is horrible. I am about to be a bride in a few months and called to get an alteration for my dress. On the call she told me that I shouldn't eat much for the next few months and essentially body shamed me on the phone. Then I told her I lived out of town and asked if my mom could pick it up and she started asking why I wouldn't visit my mom frequently and said "what do you not love your mother." What the heck?! I am calling to make a bridal alteration appointment that ended in the woman asking me about the love I have for my mom. I used to use this place, but I will never come here again and certainly don't trust someone rude working on my dress for my Wedding Day. I want someone who is kind and trustworthy and supportive to help me with this process and nothing less.

Wonderful service by Krystyna. I brought in 2 items with a broken zipper, and she repaired them on the spot! It was amazing to watch! She didn’t even want to charge me, but I paid her anyway. The time spent repairing my zippers was worth it to me. I highly recommend this business!

Krystyna is amazing. I had to have extensive work done for a bridesmaids dress. It was about 6 sizes too big and it was about 4 inches too long. She told me in advance about how much it would cost, and because it was 3 layers of dress, it would cost me a small fortune. She was correct, haha, but she was totally worth it. I was worried because the wedding I was in was just over a month away, but she had my dress ready for me in 3 days! She does excellent quality work, and while it is slightly more expensive than another tailor, she is a wonderful woman to work! I will definitely return to her if I have more clothing to get altered!

Krystyna's, this woman is so kind and so excellent in her field .She goes above and beyond to help you with any alterations issues, as small as replacing a tiny zipper..🌺🌸🙏 She is extremely nice, considerate she has heart ❤️.I would never go anywhere else to anyone, but only to her. She took the time to help me with a minor issue on my jeans and her work is amazing ..😊🌻She treats you nice.God Bless her ! And her workers and her business..🙏We need more people like her in this world it would be a Blessing!!!
