Went here to get my engagement ring fixed last week and it only took then a week to fix it! It had a bent on the frame where the diamonds meet and they even noticed that it was a size too big on my finger and offered to readjust it as well! Loved the lady that helped me and was super Friendly and welcoming! Definitely will be getting my jewelry repaired and my rings resized here from now on! Thank you for everything!!!! 😊

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had my watch for weeks. No call rcvd w/ price of repair or pick up. I was told a couple of days. I called after waiting a week and a half and was told that watch repair man was on vacation and hasn't even looked at my watch yet. I informed that I wanted a cb by end of business day with cost and date. If I didn't receive a call I was coming in to pick up the watch period. No call and they were closed. I came in Tuesday to pick up my watch. I was informed it wasn't in store. No one ever told me it wasn't being repaired in store. I asked why no cb? She stated she was too busy to cb. Mind you the 4 times now I've been in store not 1 other customer came in. I told her to get my watch and do not fix it as I've made arrangements with another jewelry. That was at 10a.m. when they opened. I rcvd VM at 5:32p.m. that watch was fixed and they're pen until 6 otherwise they open at 10. I went in at 10 and asked for my watch and she said it was$97. I stayed in not paying, I clearly started not to fix it. She SD will it is and if I don't pay I cannot have my watch back. Now this is my 90 y/o uncle's retirement watch. She knew she had me because I couldn't not get his watch. But after weeks of lies and ZERO communication they won in the end. My only recourse is leaving my review... everywhere I can.

I visited the Bethlehem location of the Jewelry exchange in order to purchase my first watch, after receiving recommendation from their Allentown location. The service was abysmal and I felt generally unwanted as a customer during my visit. As a first time buyer, I was put on the spot and asked questions I didn't have the answers for and then when I said I came based on recommendation from the other store, I was interrogated as to if I actually had visited the Allentown location. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stop here.

Deb has always made me feel so good and cared for as a customer. Always is willing to check my jewelry to ensure it is not lose in any ways.. cleans my rings when I am there. Perfect work when I need something fixed. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯

My husband bought me a ring for our anniversary at the Allentown location, but since it wasn't quite a good fit we went to exchange it. Went to the Bethlehem location found a couple that were very nice, but a bit over the price he paid for the first. I found one i really loved but it too was priced higher than the original one he bought, the ladies there were AMAZING!! They allowed us to exchange the ring at no extra cost to my husband!! God bless this store and the ladies that helped us out that day!!
