Temecula’s wineries are just a short drive away, but honestly, the ranch itself was such a highlight that we could have happily stayed there all weekend. My husband and I serendipitously discovered The Rusty Fork Ranch during a trip to Temecula for a friend's birthday, and what an incredible find it turned out to be! Initially drawn in by its charming, rustic appearance with a hint of Western flair—pictures that merely hinted at its true charm—we quickly realized this was a special place. Marjory and Tyler, our wonderful hosts, made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality complemented the cozy, inviting atmosphere of the ranch perfectly. The breathtaking views from the backyard—expansive vineyards stretching as far as the eye could see, with colorful hot-air balloons drifting across the sky—created a truly magical experience that felt like something from another world. This hidden gem offers more than just a place to stay; it’s a sanctuary of love, tranquility, and natural beauty. We had such an amazing time that we are already planning our return for another weekend getaway. What a wonderful spot! And what amazing hosts! This small farm is situated overlooking vineyards as far as the eye can see, with impeccably maintained grounds including a sunny patio leading from the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and tastefully decorated with original artwork, much of it the work of Tyler and Marge. Our room was decorated with a "surfer" aesthetic and was very spacious with a comfortable bed, large en suite bathroom (plenty of hot water and toiletries, even including toothbrushes ’just in case’!) and a nook with a mini-fridge, prestocked with complimentary bottled water.|Guests have access to the main kitchen area as well as the living room, patio and deck.|Tyler and Marge are friendly and attentive hosts. After hearing of our interest in fine wine Tyler kindly opened a bottle of delicious GSM (actually produced by the neighbour across the road) for us all to share which we enjoyed along with warm conversation. There was a brief neighbourhood power outage when my wife was getting ready early one morning to attend a horse show and Tyler fired up a camp stove so she’d nevertheless be powered by the very good cup of coffee he made for her.|We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying for the weekend at the Surf Ranch Room for a nearby wedding. Rusty Fork was very conveniently located to the venue and also just a short drive to many restaurants and tourist destinations. Tyler and Marjori were very welcoming and we had wonderful conversations over fresh made lattes in the morning or petting goats and dogs in the afternoon. The room itself was exceptional. It had very curated decor throughout the whole property. Great vibes. We also had an amazing view of the Temecula sunrise hot air balloons rising off in the distance from our window and the communal back yard. It was a splendid and relaxing weekend staying at the Rusty Fork and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We'd stay again if we were!

🏄‍♂️ Surf Ranch Room Stay – Best Hotel Experience Ever! Our stay at Rusty Fork Ranch was absolutely unforgettable, and the Surf Ranch Room made it all the more special. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, but this one easily tops them all—it's in a league of its own. The Surf Ranch Room was stylish, cozy, and full of personality, blending beachy vibes with artistic flair. From the surfboards on the wall to the thoughtful decor touches, it felt like a curated slice of California cool. The bed was super comfortable, the private bathroom was spotless, and waking up to those stunning vineyard and mountain views was unreal. The whole ranch has this magical atmosphere—tranquil, creative, and welcoming. We loved wandering the grounds, sipping coffee with the goats nearby, and just soaking in the peaceful wine country setting. The vibe is chill and intimate, with just the right mix of privacy and community. Tyler and Marjori are incredible hosts, and you can feel their love and energy in every corner of the property. Everything from the curated art to the "Bed & Coffee" concept made this experience feel genuinely unique. If you're thinking of booking a getaway, stop thinking and just go. This place is pure magic—and the Surf Ranch Room is the perfect home base to experience it all.

This was the BEST experience I've ever had during a stay somewhere. Stunning, new build property, clean and themed rooms, delicious pastries and morning munchies, amazing view from the main room and porch. My best friend and I loved hanging out on the hanging chairs, touring the garden and eating fresh raspberries and strawberries, walking all around the gorgeous property, seeing the goats and friendly dogs, and talking with the hosts. It all made us fall in love with B&Bs and I cannot wait for our next stay. We tell everyone about the Rusty Fork. I would literally come just for this place even if I didn't drink wine! It's in the heart of wine country though, so convenient (everything within like 10, max 15, mins). We even drove to the beach one day because it wasn't a terribly far drive. The hosts truly make this trip top notch. They are an amazing couple with interesting stories and lives and both fun and calming presences. Thank you and we couldn't recommend you more!!

Two Star property? Don't be fooled, this place is a hidden gem! We absolutely loved this place. Love the rustic feel, decor, multiple lounging areas inside and out, cute activities. The room was great, filled with vintage decorations, but also modern and new where it needs to be. A change of pace from your standard commercialized, crowded hotels. This place is set in the rolling hills of Temecula surrounded by vineyards, quiet, and peaceful. The owners were super nice too. Place just gives off this laid-back vibe. Was told can see hot air balloons early in the morning and pet their miniature goats... Does it get any better?
