The Willow Wedding & Event Venue

I don’t even know where to start other than the Willow was better than we could ever have dreamed of. Me and my husband got married here on 3/6/26 and from the second that I walked into this venue I knew this was the perfect place. The team blew our mind at their hard work, dedication, and time to handle everything. Bristol was absolutely amazing, she answered every email, every text and never failed to help answer any question I had. The wedding day was absolutely perfection, everything that I could’ve dreamed of & more. Bristol and her team worked so hard & made this night so amazing. I couldn’t recommend The Willow more. It gives amazing desert views, perfect ceremony seating, a great reception space, an amazing area to get ready for the big day. I am so greatful for all this venue & team did for us. We loved our day & team at The Willow, we will never forget it.

What a dream it was to have our wedding day at The Willow! We cannot recommend The Willow and its staff enough, not just for the big wedding day, but the whole experience before the big day as well. Abbye was our coordinator and her thoughtfulness and attention to detail was top notch in the planning process and on the big day. They know exactly what they are doing and made the planning process plus the big day a breeze, leaving me not stressed one bit (which is huge as a bride!). Every one of our guests came up to us and said how breathtaking the venue is and how perfect it was. We highly recommend The Willow for your special day!

We got married here this past weekend and it was the most magical day! The staff at the Willow are so dedicated and kind. We had the most amazing experience with Bristol. She made planning the wedding stress free and added so much wonderful insight. She went above and beyond. The venue itself is gorgeous. The bridal suite is stunning. The views are out of this world. When we had trouble with a vendor, Bristol stepped in to advocate for us. I highly recommend The Willow to anyone looking for a fun and beautiful venue. We are so very happy we picked The Willow.

We absolutely love The Willow venue and its staff! Everyone made the process so simple from booking the space, to the day of the wedding. Abbey is amazing at what she does and kept our big day stress free. We decided to use the recommended catering vendors Fresh From the Kitchen and the food was a huge hit. We also loved the recommended dessert vendor, Dj, and bartenders. Many of our family members complemented us on how stunning the venue was and loved how much fun they had! 10/10 recommend The Willow in Surprise .

I can not say enough wonderful things about The Willow! It was everything and more! Our son and daughter in law could not have imagined a better place to have their wedding. The venue itself was wonderful, along with all the vendors that they worked with. The food was great, the desserts, beyond tasty, the set up and take down effortless, the pictures and video, phenomenal! But the best part of the whole venue was their wedding coordinator Bristol!! Honestly she went above and beyond to make sure their day was nothing short of magical. She returned calls and questions promptly and made the day run so smoothly! We didn't have to do a thing all because of Bristol! Thanks to The Willow and Bristol for making their day something they will always cherish!

It was perfect to have that beautiful background for our ceremony and then be able to sit indoors for a reception.
