Well, I thought I was choosing a good Hotel for my Christmas road trip down to Denver. However, it was far less than good. It was our final stop before the last drive home; we had just driven 9+ hours through Wyoming and Montana, snowing. We were excited to sleep before the final stretch home, then we found the WORST possible thing you can find in a hotel... BED BUGS. We weren't staying another minute in there; we killed the bug in a tissue, packed up all our stuff, and left. Before checking out, we brought the dead BED BUG to the man working at the front desk around 11:30 pm. Since we booked through Expedia, we had to go through them for the refund. I did say there were BED BUGS and left the DEAD one on the counter. NOW, I come to know that noone said ANYTHING to anyone. Trying to get my refund through Expedia, and the hotel manager said they had no record of bed bugs. That's funny, I have videos in your hotel of a bed bug. Shout-out to Expedia for still getting me some of my refund and credit toward other hotels. I cannot attach the video, but I took screenshots of the bedbug and showed the location where the video was taken... inside the hotel. I am very concerned that NOONE said anything about it...

It was actually quite nice. The rooms were clean. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. And it was close to a location I needed to be in the morning. The pool was decent, the hot tub was decent though the Jets turn off randomly. Not sure what that's about. Over all good stay.

We loved this hotel so much that we stopped there again on our way home from Canada. It was the perfect stop over with kids. The rooms were clean, they have a wonderful (big) pool and hot tub to get some energy out, as well as a McDonald's play place next door. In the morning they have some simple snacks, juice, and coffee, but you also get a 2 vouchers for breakfast next door at Denny's. Overall excellent value for a road trip stop over.

I am currently staying here right now and i’ve been here for 2 nights and heres what i’ve noticed, I have had 2 different rooms for 2 nights. When you walk in the room it’s presented as a very clean put together room with no smell or anything out of place, I settled in and started to inspect a little ( I am a lead housekeeper in my home town motel) FIRST ROOM- We got a room a couple doors down from where my boyfriend’s family room is which was good but you could hear everything from doors above you slamming, water running, even people from the lobby talking (did die down about 1-2 Am). The room itself was nice and had a comfortable bed and nice A/C but the bathroom had Visible black mold?? growing on the wall of the shower, I didn’t really check for anything else thats just what I seen with my eyes looking around. SECOND ROOM- Our 2nd night we got moved to the 2nd floor which was fine, the room was spacious and clean until i started to look a little harder. There is dust everywhere like literally everywhere even on things that are supposed to be cleaned by housekeepers but clearly wasn't, there was crumbs, dirt, hair, and questionable substances on the floor behind the chair and BOTH of the night stand (yes i moved them just to check) absolutely none of the dresser drawers OR night stand drawers were cleaned and had hair and crumbs all in them. The plastic thing protecting the corner of the wall had gunk and many, many peoples hair encrusted into it and the wall under it was damn near brown/black. The tray under the coffee machine is caked in coffee and who knows what from probably months of not being cleaned properly and the light fixtures were impeccably dusty and disgusting, the lamp shades were so dirty the light barely came through. The hard floor under the sink had so much hair and looked to have soap scud on it and it very much needed mopped (that should be mandatory for hard floor as a housekeeper). The bathroom was absolutely horrible after the first few minutes in the room because i noticed a very old and strong smell of cigarettes emanating from somewhere in the bathroom I even smelt the shower curtain, it did not go away and has wafted into the sink/ doorway area in the hotel, my boyfriends brother is in a wheelchair and could not even fit his wheelchair in his bathroom OR ours nor could he close the door to have privacy. This room needs much cleaning and from the reviews probably all of them do. As a housekeeper myself I could never imagine leaving a room how they left ours.

travel a lot. I often stay at budget hotels and I have my favorites. But on graduation weekend I stayed for the first time at this "hotel." HORRIBLE. Granted, they were busy - and probably not used to it. But everything was bad. First, I arrived before check-in time (but usually at 1:30 a person can get his room key), but the room wasn't ready so I asked if I could leave a bag at the hotel as I was on a long bike trip and didn’t want the weight while I toured around Spokane. "NO" said the curt woman behind the desk (whose names rhymes with vamanatha). Fine, but this request has NEVER been denied in hundreds of hotel stays. When I came back, the hotel was swarming with obnoxious screaming children running from the pool through the halls with no attempts by parents or staff to get things under control. By the way, enjoy the hike to the third floor without an elevator, After entering my room it was clearly used as a smoking room for more than just tobacco, and that scent permeated the hall around my room. My sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed -wrinkled and discolored. Then with the high class clientele next door the noise of drinking, loud TV and hours of expressive love-making, I didn’t sleep much. When mentioned to the front desk about my experience, I got a shrug of indifference. The only good part was the breakfast at Denny’s- but it was packed and took almost an hour to get my food. An in-house buffet would have been nice. Don’t stay here. Worst hotel in Spokane.
