Phoenix Farm

Phoenix is a community of positive personalities who support each other whether it’s a good riding day or bad. Everyone adds to a wonderfully happy environment whether it is a trainer, rider, parent, or employee. The owners and trainers bring decades of experience training horses and helping riders be competitive. My daughter became a more tenacious rider in a very short amount of time with encouraging and talented trainers. The adult ammies also bring a wonderful amount of support and mentorship to the junior riders. The program will meet you where you are at whether you want an introduction to riding, or if you would like to pursue a competitive rated show schedule. The barn also attends many local outreach shows. Highly recommend all the happiness and skill the barn will bring to your riding and the trainers are wonderful to talk to with any questions you may have.

My daughter has been riding here since she was six years old—she’s eleven now—and it has been an incredible journey. A couple of years ago, I started riding here too, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made as a family. The trainers are absolutely wonderful. The barn has a low-key yet professional vibe that makes everyone feel welcome. They emphasize kindness, teamwork, and good sportsmanship, which creates such a positive environment. We’ve learned so much—not just about riding, but about caring for horses and understanding what it means to be part of a true equestrian community. Phoenix Farm has been family-owned for many years, first by Christina and now by her daughter Kati, and that sense of family shines through in everything they do. My daughter has grown up here, learning hard work, dedication, and developing a deep love for horses and riding. She wouldn’t be the person she is today without Kati, Mason, and the entire Phoenix Farm family. For us, Phoenix Farm isn’t just a barn—it’s home. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. If you’re looking for a supportive, professional, and truly special riding community, Phoenix Farm is it.

Such a lovely barn with an amazing group of lesson horses and ponies. It's a large program that is run very well, and is very organized! The atmosphere is relaxed with a great group of friendly people.

Wonderful family run barn. High quality well-cared for school horses. Excellent riding instruction for beginners to very advanced riders. Really rare to find a place with this kind of horsemanship that isn’t at all snooty! In 50ish years riding in both the east and west coasts, I’ve never found a place I like better.

Excellent place to ride, board, train horses. Quality place, HUGE INDOOR arena. The area is on Skyline, west hills, great area to ride for miles safely. Nice box stalls and tack room, lots of room to trailer & park, well kept. Good people and nice vibe with the locals.

My kiddo loves riding lessons here. All three instructors are kind and helpful.
