Cowboys & Cadillacs Upscale Dining & Rooftop Bar

Stopped for lunch at the three-story Cowboys and Cadillacs Bar and Lounge in New Braunfels. The location and ambiance are gorgeous and well worth the short drive from San Antonio. We heard that it gets busy at night so decided to visit over lunch. The service was very attentive and the drinks and food during our visit were on point. The location was so well decorated that there were times that I felt like I was on a movie set. Job well done.

Fairly new establishment. Service from waitstaff and line cooks were quick and freindly. The band was solid and make sure you visit 2nd-3rd floors of the venue. Texas theme decor was very nice. Try the pork belly -it was very tasty. The General Manager very courtous and helpful.

I’ve been to Cowboys and Cadillacs before and had a great experience. This past Sunday afternoon, things didn’t start off quite as smoothly. My friends and I visited, and they seemed a little short-staffed, which I completely understand. However, I was a bit disappointed because I had been talking the place up and was excited to show my friends how great it can be. Just as we were about to leave, Elizabeth approached us and made sure we were taken care of. She got our drink orders, brought us waters, put in our food orders, and truly turned the whole experience around. Her attentiveness and positive attitude made such a difference. Because of Elizabeth, I’ll definitely be returning to Cowboys and Cadillacs . I just wanted to give her a well-deserved shoutout for going above and beyond and making our visit so much better!

My twin son's wanted to eat here for their 22nd birthday dinner. The ambiance is amazing. It looks amazing inside and on the roof. Our waitress, Celeste, was very friendly. But because it was a Friday night, it was very busy. She was at times not present. I ordered two drinks 5 to 10 minutes before my boys and one sons wife arrived. They ordered their drinks. Their drinks came before mine? It took 15 more minutes at least to get my wife's and mine. I ordered a raspberry Margarita. They didn't add any alcohol. My wife ordered a pineapple Mojito (non-alcoholic). Celeste returned with a regular non-alcoholic MojitoI (basically lime juice). My wife tried it, but it was horrible and returned it. I ordered the steak flatbread and the meat was very very chewy. SO chewy I had to pull the meat apart by hand. It was like being back on my mission trip while in Uganda. Service was slow and at times non existent. Food was subpar. My wife ordered the roasted chicken. She said the vegetables were great but nothing special about the chicken. My oldest son arrived late. He sat there 20 minutes and Celeste hadn't even stopped by. He had to order his food and drinks from a different waitress. Overly priced and not worth returning. In my opinion

Excellent atmosphere and lots of room. Great place for meeting friends over a drink and appetizers. Full menu is available later on the day. If you haven't had the opportunity to experience this hidden gem you owe it to yourself to drop in for a visit.

We had an amazing dinner and can’t say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we sat down, everything felt welcoming and seamless. Nate took such great care of us — attentive without being overbearing and so friendly. The sangrias were incredible (definitely recommend!), and Brea from the bar even came over to check that we loved them, which made the night feel extra special. Great food, great drinks, and even better service. We’ll absolutely be returning!

Amazing atmosphere, good music, really cool bars and layout! The service made me feel VIP. The manager walked us down found us a table when the kitchen was literaly 2 min from closing. She had the kitchen still make our order to just make sure we got served dinner. Our server Brittany was awesome and on point with everything! Amazing!
