This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I reported multiple broken and damaged items when I moved in, and despite having documentation, they still tried to charge me for the exact same things when I moved out. It’s a blatant money grab. To make matters worse, the place was crawling with ticks. Yes, actual ticks—an obvious health hazard. When I raised the issue, it was ignored like it didn’t matter. That should tell you everything you need to know about how they treat tenants. And as for Julianne White—she was by far the most unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful person I dealt with during my time there. She constantly dodged responsibility, dismissed serious concerns, and seemed more interested in blaming tenants than solving problems. If she's the face of this company, that explains a lot. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

We had our troubles selling our house, this is our 2nd selling. We went with Sam Garretson because he really worked hard in helping us get our 2nd home! He went above and beyond to help us during our troubles. He was very professional and also had a lot of suggestions, as well as answered alot of questions when we needed them, and put in alot of effort and time! I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home! We couldn't of had a better realitor, Thank you sam for all your hard work, and time!!
