Today I visited Jessup Farms to celebrate a new job offer. Being a Sunday, we did make a reservation for 1pm but we did it on the same day earlier in the morning, so very accommodating! Shout out to my bestie for doing the hard work in that sense. We were seated and soon met the lovely Courtney, our server. Instantly fell right into conversation with us and helped guide us for our first time! She truly was the real treat there! Y'all better be paying her good money because she works hard for it! We got the a bottle for Mimosas (yay happy hour!) and peach and mango juice to go with it. We Goat Cheese bites which were fantastic, as well as the chicken and waffles with a side of the duck fat tots and the farmers breakfast. Everything was prepared well and deeeeeeeelicious! We will definitely be back for that pear tart we forgot! As a side note, I was super impressed with how not only Courtney treated me and my bestie, but how she was treating the other customers in our area as well! She was kind, and offered prompt solutions to their problems! It’s great to know while I didn’t have any issues with our meal, if we did she would have taken care of us 💖
First time visit and the first lunch guests in the door. We asked for a window table but were advised that it was for 4 guests and we were a party of 2. We were offered a table in the middle of the room by a pole. Ended up in a cubby for 2 under the stairs, which was quaintly if a bit crowded. Shortly after a party of 2 was seated at the table we originally requested, so that was frustrating. Aside from the poor initial contact, the rest of our visit was fantastic. The food was delicious. The appetizers were elevated perfection with so many flavors. Cocktails were very good. Drinks and food came out promptly and as ordered. Cute farm vibe. Upstairs looked to seat 8 and might make a great private dining experience for a small group of 8 or 10. Think shower or book club event. Seating for 4 at the bar. Outside dining if weather permits. Large patio fireplace. Will try again.
I am sitting at the bar of this warm and inviting place, the staff are really warm and engaging. I am listening to the conversations and it seems like they also do wine tasting. I love the old fashion atmosphere and decor. I will rate the food as soon as I taste it, but I trust it will be good. The food is amazing! I urge you to try it!
Hard to find anything that hasn’t been thoroughly thought through in this restaurant. Mushroom & sausage tart, burger and pumpkin cheesecake all delivered in spades. The filling for the tart was a perfect creamy forest of mushroom & sausage, tart itself was a little sweet (not needed IMHO)..light and flavorful appetizer. The burger was a perfect proportion of meat to bun to add ons (tomato, cheese, bacon and onion), fresh and cooked to order. Shoestring fries were crispy without being overdone and I added the duck fat sauce for dipping (because…you already know why). Cheesecake came drizzled with a light caramel ribbon and came through as a delightful fall classic. Without a doubt an excellent farm to table place that executes with wonderful results!
This is such a lovely place. Brunch was amazing. I had the avocado toast with an Irish Coffee and it was delicious. The portions are VERY generous. The food was fresh and the service was outstanding. The farmhouse is quaint and the tables well placed for friendly conversation. We felt very comfortable. I will definitely be back for another meal when the beautiful outside patio is open in good weather.
Lovely vibes and super friendly staff! I am gluten free, and the staff was able to communicate what was safe for me to eat. The kitchen even communicated when there was an issue with their fryer/cross contamination so I could make a educated decision on my breakfast. I had an amazing time here and will definitely be coming back.
This restaurant offers such a warm and inviting atmosphere—it truly feels like you’re sitting in your grandma’s house, cozy and comfortable beyond expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, served at the perfect temperature, and prepared with great attention to detail. The menu also boasts an impressive variety of options, making it easy to find something for everyone. One of the highlights is their half-price wine special on Wednesdays, which made it a perfect spot to enjoy a bottle over dinner with work colleagues. We especially appreciated the semi-private space at the top of the steps, which allowed for a more intimate and relaxed dining experience. Nestled in a charming Fort Collins neighborhood, this gem is well worth a visit. Highly recommend!
