The Stables on Buck Lake is a beautiful and peaceful place, perfect for anyone who loves horses. The scenery is serene, with open pastures that make every ride enjoyable. The Stables at Buck Lake has been a game changer for my daughter's abilities! Finding the right therapeutic horseback riding program for a child with special needs can be challenging, but The Stables at Buck Lake has exceeded all my expectations! Since starting lessons here, my daughter, who has autism and ADHD, has made incredible progress. Her riding instructor, Tiffany, has been a positive and transformative influence, creating a calm, structured, and supportive environment where my child can thrive. Unlike other therapeutic equine programs we’ve tried, this one has unlocked her full potential. She has even progressed to riding without the need for a side walker, which is something I never thought possible! The staff is warm and welcoming, the facilities are stunning and peaceful, and the horses are exceptionally well cared for. If you’re searching for horseback riding lessons for kids, or special needs equine therapy in Tallahassee, this is the place to be. Will we be back? Absolutely! Every week, forever!

The Stables on Buck Lake is a sanctuary for horses and their humans. The grounds are lush with grass and the paddocks are huge. All of the horses are well cared for every single day by staff that goes above and beyond. The barns are open and airy while providing the perfect shelter for our four-legged companions. The training is top-notch whether you are a beginner or seasoned competitor.

Absolutely stunning facility. If you are looking for boarding or training your horse, it’s the nicest place I’ve ever seen.
