Kings Victory Farms

When I was little, 6-7, my dad drove me out there to take lessons. It was about an hour and a half away but I'd still go on weekdays to ride. Was the foundation for my riding and I am riding today, somewhere else since we had to move, but I will always enjoy the time I had at Kings Victory Farms. Group rides were fun, I had some lessons with only one or two other people so you get some easy rides too. It's been some years since I was there though, I don't believe there was a site yet or anything, but it was sch an amazing place and it seems to have only gotten better.

I set up for my 3 grandchildren to go to Summer Camp at Kings Victory Farms, 7, 9, 11 years old. They enjoyed the camp so much with all the activities that were included with the program. All the farm animals they got to pet and learned how to take care of them. They learned about responsibility for themselves as well as others by learning to care for the animals. They had projects to do as well painting and drawing, they drew the mountains and the horses. My grandchildren can't ride that well this was a new experience, so they wanted to learn to ride, Alice and Tom have been so helpful in teaching the children to ride. They both are very patient and giving and kind with their time and efforts to keep the children safe and for them to enjoy the riding experience. I have told many of my friends how great Kings Victory Farms is and many have gone over for trail rides and lessons and have told me they have enjoyed it so much and are glad I told them about it. My grandchildren are still getting riding lessons on the weekend, they love Alice and Tom and the rest of volunteers that help out there. We just love it there!! It was my daughter''s 7th birthday and she wanted to go ride a horse. I called Kings Victory Farms in the morning and asked if she could accommodate my daughter's request. They let us come out that afternoon and my daughter was really surprised when we arrived. It really made her day. Thanks Kings Victory Farms, you're the best!

My daughter attends 4H here. She loves getting to care for and ride the horses, and she's making friends with other kids that share her love of horses. She has learned about different aspects of equine care, including anatomy, and gets to experience first hand the responsibility and work required to be a responsible horse owner.

Emailed the owner to find out information. She stated the club was 4H, which is fine. Once they graduate from the basics they can take lessons. She offere my kids to come "try it out" the up coming Saturday. We arrived and she immediately charged us $20 per kid for the day. I thought a try it out was be free. However we oaid. How can $20 for 1 day be correct when in her email it was stated $50 for the month.. pretty sure $20 is not 1/4 of $50. After about an hour one of our children was not feeling well . We took him out to cool off. Talked to our other child and they were not happy either. The older girls, who she allows to run things, were rude and one of them continued to use foul language. I believe in 4H. I just feel our experience was not what we were looking for and not a good representation of 4H. While this might be great place for some.. I encourage people to fully investigate prior to making a decision.

It only took a few minutes on the phone with them to know that I would never give them my business. Sounds to me like someone needs to retire, she has lost passion for this field. What a shame. I will have to find someone else who is willing to introduce my loving little girl to the amazing world of horses. If you don't want to work with children anymore than you shouldn't post pictures of them on your website, it's very misleading. You wasted my time and your own trying to pathetically explain to me that young children can't learn to ride and that you don't want to try to teach them anymore. Really??? I'm sorry for whatever made you so bitter about something so beneficial to children of all ages.

🚨🚨PLEASE READ🚨🚨Today my stepdaughter who is 11 years old was attending Horseback riding camp at King Victory Farms, was abandoned by her instructor. This woman named Alice, decided she will schedule a doctors appointment 45 minutes prior to the usual end of the camp. Since we hadn’t planned ( because we weren’t informed) to pick her up before 11, Alice proceeded with her plans for the day leaving my stepdaughter all by her 11 year old self, in Surprise AZ, at over 100 degrees. When she was picked up she was walking alongside the street where she was left, by the woman we entrusted. She was shaking, crying and scared, this is a child that has been abandoned by Alice at King Victory Farms. When we contacted her she said " kids these days just aggregate too much, she’s 11 not a little kid, I knew I could leave her and she would be ok" Please share and repost to let people know not to bring their children to this camp. We have called the police on her and will be trying to spread the word, please remember this could be your child, that is abandoned.
