Winter Oaks Stables

The owners, Linda & Geoff, are very sweet and caring people. They have an amazing place and the horses are well taken care of by their team. The barn manager, Ms. Rhonda, is on top of everything and keeps the place running smoothly and effectively, along with the guys who feed and take the horses out to pasture. They all genuinely care about the horses and their owners, and go the extra mile to help out when needed. It truly is a family atmosphere here.

Moved my horse to Winter Oaks on 12/12/21, and from day 1, we have been very pleased with the management, overall care, and communication. Daily turnout. Large covered arena, with nice footing, dragged 6 days a week. Outdoor arena and round pen. 2 wash racks. Trailer parking. Winter blanketing service. Easy onsite access to trails, and very kind and friendly boarders. Most importantly: my horse is happy here!

A very nice yard that has great pastures and a riding arena. The stalls are always tidy and management is very knowledgeable. The horse owners who stable here are all very friendly souls and down to earth.

This equestrian center has it all: serene atmosphere, no drama, caring riders and horse care givers. On top of that, they have excellent facilities: a full-size dressage arena with great footing, turnout, outdoor arena, trailer parking, tack lockers, instruction and training and immediate access to trails on Lake Lewisville. It is a haven for all kinds of riding. See for yourself. I rode today, 8/10/25, and despite the heat, there was a nice breeze that kept the covered arena tolerable at 1 pm. Most of the horses were out in pasture There was a peaceful atmosphere and all was calm. Instruction in dressage and eventing is available. And there are also some western riders at WO.

Full service training and boarding facility. Indoor and outdoor arena. Dressage rider and horse training available. Clinics at various times throughout the year. Turn out everyday. 24 hour onsite staff.

I board here. Love it. Great care, great facilities. Clean, knowledgeable, friendly. They board and lease horses, as well as do dressage lessons. I am not familiar with the trainers, but I have heard they are knowledgeable.

Visited a friend's horse here and met some wonderful horses and owners. Nice place with good care.
