SWFL Horses

I just left SWFL Horses to take my niece as a 13th birthday celebration. I cannot say enough about this experience!! My niece has never been on a horse and I have only once before at another local business. From the time we arrived I knew immediately this was the perfect choice! Danna and the entire staff were amazing. I literally felt like we were visiting family. As a new rider my niece was extremely nervous and is shy to begin with but EVERYONE not only went out their way to make her comfortable, but had her smiling from ear to ear in no time. When we were finished Danna and I sat and talked for some time and just a moment in her company, it’s easy to see how much she loves what she does and loves sharing that love for it straight from the heart! If you are considering a trail ride, or any other service they provide, you can be sure you won’t be disappointed! Thank you to the ladies who were our trail guides who made the ride an absolute blast and Danna thank you for sharing your beautiful property and horses. You are a beautiful soul and we can’t wait to return one day soon !!

Had an amazing time riding horses with Jordan she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Went on the swamp buggy with Paul and he was an excellent guide and funny. The went on the air boat ride with I'm not mistaken Darryl and saw gators it was awesome. Would totally recommend and it was a great price to do all 3 without having to drive hours from Port Charlotte. Amanda at the front desk was very nice and polite. Can't wait to do it again.

We had a fabulous time going on a trail ride with SWFL Horses. Danna was a pleasure to work from scheduling the ride to learning the do's and don'ts of properly riding. Cathy and Cheyenne were our very knowledgeable guides. We truly enjoyed our ride with them and we know that you will too!

Great day riding, but the real takeaway are the folks. Alex and his team make it a great experience with good old fashion manors and care. There's a real peaceful quality here. You can tell they love the animals just by how clean everything is. My horse was trooper and I got him to back up after I found reverse. Not to bad for someone who hasn't riding much. The truth is the horses are beautiful trained and cared for and it shows.

What an amazing special day for my daughter and I. I was so impressed with everything about our experience. I recommend SWFL horses to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

About a year and a half ago we drove to visit this ladies ranch to see about get lessons for our 11 year old daughter. We gave her $300 for 4 lessons at $60 and the rest I told her was a tip. We were never able to get back in touch with her. We called. We left messages. She had our information we never heard from her again we ended up finding another place thankfully closer to Englewood, Florida, which is way nicer and cleaner. We would like our money back, thank you. I will delete this review when I’m refunded.

What a fun day at this place! My girls ages 6 and 3 had a blast riding horses in the pasture! Thank you to the owner and staff for a great experience! We will be back! The miniature and donkey were fun to hang out with too!
