Trails End Equestrian Center

Trails End has been a wonderful place for my 14 year old! We have been trying to find a barn where the staff and location fit our needs and this is the perfect place! The trainers have all been so kind and, it’s right outside the city, and you can schedule online which is HUGE for us! We are looking forward to working with Emma, who was wonderful with the kid and instructed them in a very instinctual way. I cannot say enough good things about their lesson program and Miranda, the owner has been flexible with scheduling and weather issues. Thanks so much Trails End!

I started taking lessons here about 3 months ago and I really enjoy coming here. I’m a beginner adult student so if you are interested in learning to ride or advance your skills, Trails End is a place for you to consider! All of the instructors and the owner have been in this business for a long time and are very knowledgeable across the various disciplines offered here. I personally ride English but they offer western lessons as well (I think). You’ll learn how to get the horse ready for your lesson, grooming/hoof picking, not just riding. Lessons are an hour long which is perfect. They have a really nice indoor riding ring which is great during winter time! They have lessons during the week and on weekends so it can help accommodate your schedule!

My daughter CJ loves it here. She has learned so much about caring for horses and riding. She loves Laurel and Amanda. The horses are all great and obviously well cared for. You never feel like just another client. They get to know the student and pair horses to challenge the rider to progress. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Highly recommend Trails End

Our 7 year old daughter has begun lessons at this center and it has been a wonderful experience! Her instructor has a great balance of nurturing and challenging her, and she has learned a lot in just a few months. The horses are very well cared for and loved.

My very shy daughter absolutely loves taking lessons here. Her instructor is positive and patient, and allows my daughter to do all the set up and clean up from the lesson herself. Everyone at the stable is very kind and loves the horses. It's a fantastic environment and has large, clean riding arenas. Highly recommend.

As a member of the Air Force, I move around a lot and have boarded my horse at many barns across the country. Hands down Trails End has had the best riding accommodations to include a nice large outdoor arena, a smaller outdoor arena, a round pen, a well-groomed indoor arena, a fantastic hunt field with jumps, and trail riding on sight. Even, better is that it is a five minute drive to possum creek metro park that has horse-friendly trails. The instructors at trails end have been great. Whether you are a beginner or advanced rider, they have instructors to fit every need.

Trails End has become my new happy place. I recently decided to take horseback riding lessons, at the age of 45. My experience at Trails End has been eveything I have wanted and more. Miranda, the owner, is kind, responsive, very experienced and knowledgable with horses. The horses are well cared for and the stable/property is clean and organized. I have taken lessons with Emma and Sierra. I have learned so much from them (check out their bio..it's impressive!). I enjoy every aspect of the lesson. Each lesson begins with grooming and tacking the horse and every lesson ends with untacking and grooming. There's a lot to know and both Emma and Sierra have been patient with me during this learning process. They explain it over and over and give reasons why it is important. They also are very aware of keeping me safe and teaching me how to stay safe. The riding is fun and challenging. I feel like a get a little better after each lesson. Not only am I learning to ride, I am learning to care for the horse and understand/appreciate the beauty of horses and the sport of riding. I highly recommend Trails End Equestrian Center.
